Danny Dietrich started on the pole but lost the lead to Tim Buckwalter in the opening stages of Sunday’s Capitol Renegade Clash at BAPS Motor Speedway. The Gettysburg, Pa., driver stayed in the hunt and regained the top spot and went on to claim his sixth victory of the 2023 season and a $5,000 payday. Devon Borden won a back-and-forth battle with Buckwalter to land the runner-up spot, with Mark Smith filling out the podium. Buckwalter fell to fourth, with Australian Ryan Newton completing the top five.
