SprintCarUnlimited.com is a news outlet devoted to the coverage of Sprint Car racing across the United States and in Australia.

In an effort to hit on all aspects of the sport, the website is expanding its reach and adding a second platform to service the gaming community.

SprintCarUnlimited is embracing the growing Sprint Car eSports market by carrying weekly results and news from the world of IRacing. This initiative is being put in place in hopes of merging real-life racing on a dirt track and Simracing.

“I recognize that Sprint Car racing you watch at a dirt track and the world of IRacing can go hand-in-hand,” said Jeremy Elliott, owner of SprintCarUnlimited.com. “This is a good way to promote both platforms and bring them together.

“The idea is to expose racers and fans to the world of IRacing and, hopefully, generate interest and bring the Sim racers to the track to see the stars of Sprint Car racing. I believe if you can find a way to merge these factions, both forms of racing will benefit and be stronger.”

A separate category for eSports will be on the top toolbar on SprintCarUnlimited.com. Fans can click on the “ESPORTS” button and access all results and news for free.

Creating an eSports platform will not take away from SprintCarUnlimited.com’s daily coverage of Sprint Car racing. The site will continue to provide news, video, results, a weekly podcast, and much more.

“This idea came from seeing Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell, and other drivers on IRacing,” Elliott said. “Then, the Wicked Cushion brand got on board with sponsoring the Racing Xtravanganza show in York, and Race 1 of the Wicked Cushion eSports Championship is taking place at the show.

“Those are great starting points, and I wanted to do something to keep that momentum going. Racing Xtravanganza is the perfect place to mesh both worlds and bring people together for the betterment of racing.”
