Danny Dietrich’s car was awful during heat race and early-feature action Saturday at Lincoln Speedway. Then came a much-needed fuel stop, and Dietrich made a ton of changes to improve and challenge for the win before settling for a second-place finish. Still, it was a good day for the Gary Kauffman-owned team with what they learned.
