VINCENTOWN, N.J. (March 28, 2022) – Rebounding big after a tough outing one weekend prior, Vincentown, New Jersey’s Justin Whittall made his presence known in Pennsylvania Posse Country and translated starts at Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway into top-ten appearances, highlighting his recent weekend with a top-five in the Pigeon Hills on Saturday, March 26.
Whittall, driver of the JW Motorsports, JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, Mid-Atlantic Transport, Pioneer Auto Body, Worldwide Bearings, Enterprise, No. 67 sprint car, started fifth on Lincoln’s grid and maintained his place within the frontrunners the entire 30-lap distance, fading slightly to seventh before crossing under the final checkers fifth in the running order. The result was Whittall’s first top-five of the 2022 season.
One night prior, Whittall finished ninth at Williams Grove Speedway, bettering himself four positions after starting 13th.
“It was a great weekend for our team. To rebound like we did says so much about our potential. I was pretty down on myself last week, but to come out and perform like this changes everything around for us,” Whittall explained, who is a former Williams Grove Speedway feature winner. “I can’t thank my family, my team, and all of my partners enough for their never ending support. We have a long season ahead of us and I’m ready to see what we can do.”
